A Fall High Protein Smoothie for Sports Training and Bootcampers

Pumkin Pie Smoothie
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2-3 oz baked yam (~1/2 small yam)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
12-14 oz ice/water mix
In blender combine all ingredients until smooth.
