OurÂ Robinson Townships, Pa. facility offers a Â program for those who have not worked out in a long time. Â The class will focus on the all the components of fitness: strength, endurance, cardio and flexibility. We will use Kettlebells, Dumbells, TRX Straps, and short bursts of cardio. The class follows a very basic and low intensity version of High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT). Â We know that seem contradictory. Â How can it been low intensity but still be called HIIT? Â The class format consists ofÂ using multiple exercise and strength movements done in a circuit fashion. Â The pace and tempo of the class and circuits is laid back and done at the clients pace.
Each class will be fun and at a TRUE Beginner’s Pace. So if you want something more intense this is not for you!
