There are different kinds of strength and this is one of them. I saw a video like this a little over a year ago and I should have shared it, but I didn’t. You won’t be seeing this stuff at La Fitness. This is hard core.
I’m sure that any elite level gymnast can perform these acts of strength. However these are normal guys not elite level athletes training for hockey, football, baseball, lacrosse, soccer, or volleyball…. They are training to stay healthy and mental strong.
