Results-Driven Personal Training
At the Umberger Performance, our customized Personal Training programs are designed to make sure that you see results. Together with one of our skilled fitness professionals, you’ll be on the fast track to success! We offer 30 minute sessions and 60 minute sessions, to accommodate your busy schedule! We also provide Semi-Private Training (2-3 people) with 60 minute sessions and Small Group Training (4-10 people) with 30 minute sessions.
