We also provide Semi-Private Training (2-3 people) with 60 minute sessions and Small Group Training (4-10 people) with 30 minute sessions.

    1. Generally speaking no. That would be up to the specific trainer working with you. If you are currently enlisted or are preparing for a bootcamp or qualifying school that is much different that being retired. Our classes are something that I could discount if you are active duty since it’s not a persons direct income that we would be talking about like with personal training.
